Bottom-Up Leadership and How It Saved Lives in Benghazi

Kris Former US Army Ranger and hero of 2012 Benghazi attack Kris “Tanto” Paronto will share lessons learned while serving in hostile environments during his keynote presentation at the PHA Executive Summit. As part of the CIA annex security team that responded to the Benghazi terrorist attack, Paronto helped save over 20 lives while fighting off terrorists for more than 13 hours. Prior to the attack, Paronto was deployed to conduct low-profile security in high-threat environments throughout the world for more than 10 years.

Join PHA and Paronto in Asheville, October 11-13, to learn about his bottom-up leadership approach and the importance of building a strong team, especially in times of crisis. From combat to business, his techniques and stories will equip you for the battles you encounter each day.
